| 1:11.3 | the template of what you're going to do. So for three days, you're going to have three meals a day. |
| 1:16.3 | Okay. No grazing at night. Just three meals. Okay. Now, after three days, you're going to go to two |
| 1:22.8 | meals a day. Now, you might not be hungry in the morning. You might, so if you're not hungry in the morning, have your first meal at lunch, okay, then at dinner. |
| 1:32.8 | But nothing in between. |
| 1:34.1 | If you're hungry in the morning, have your first meal in the morning, and then maybe you eat |
| 1:38.9 | in the late afternoon. |
| 1:40.4 | So you just want to spread it out. |
| 1:42.2 | Like some people get hungry around 1130 and then they |
| 1:45.4 | get hungry at four. That would be a good situation. But just make sure it's two meals a day |
| 1:51.6 | and no snacks in between. Okay? Why? Because the snacking is going to increase insulin and insulin |
