today we're talking about season five episode one episode two and episode three

Amazon drop all three of these at once.

The names of those are Exodus, Churn, and Mother in that order.

I want to talk a little bit before we get started today

and get into the episodes about the format of

this podcast because this first one is going to be a little bit weird as they

released three episodes we realized and we did this for the boys when they did the same thing. It's going to be a really long

podcast if we try and break down a full recap for each of these episodes in a single

podcast. So we tend to approach these things as like a thematic review of all three episodes.

So that's what we're going to be doing today, but we will be going back to that full recap format

in episode four because they'll start releasing them once a week.

So you know if you hear the podcast and you're like, oh boy, I'm not sure I like that.

Although I, you know, last season was weird. They dropped them all at once. So like this is probably going to be a change no matter where you come from with our expanse coverage, but right, right. This is how we've decided to do it we think it works pretty well so hopefully you

guys like it too. A-ron it's it's been a year we finally have new expanse Second season with Amazon. What do you think of the start here?

It's all pretty it's all pretty impressive. Like I said, I thought it was I thought it's a bit of a

low a slow burn not that there's not action.

There's some pretty cool space action.

It's getting one of the things I've constantly kind of like encouraged them to do better on let's say is the

zero-g work and I think that they had some really impressive zero-g stuff.

The people that are like passively just kind of acting in zero g I think are doing a better job of it and it does it pays off it really helps sell the it really helps sell the action as far, it's great. There's a lot of great setup.

There's a lot of exciting possibilities. It's unusual and weird to see the crew, the Rossi,
