By taking time to reflect on what you're proud of, what feels incomplete, and how to bring closure, you'll clear the slate and lighten your load as you head into the new year. Learn how setting aside distraction-free time to journal, being open yet compassionate with yourself in the reflection, and getting creative with how to declare things finished, will help you have peace as you close this year and enter the new year powerfully.
