The Michael Berry Show is on the air. We begin the show with a most pressing issue and that is the United States Supreme Court.

Will Donald Trump be on the ballot, I argue yes. What cases will be heard and how will that

affect us? You know people often tell me that the Supreme Court has taken on too much authority.

The Supreme Court has become too important.

The Supreme Court, this and the Supreme Court that you do understand that we have three branches of

government. We have a Congress made up of a lower house, House of Representatives, and an

upper house, upper chamber, which is the Senate, that's one branch.

And then we have the executive branch, which is the president.

You want to talk about the branch that's taken on too much authority?

That is the imperial presidency presidency and then we have this

third branch which which is the stopgap it's the fire alarm it's it's the

break it's the thing that keeps it from going off the rails that's the

Supreme Court yeah that is important it should be important absolutely our

guest is our Supreme Court expert professor Josh Blackman of the South Texas

College of Law professor let me start with a question that I have answered for

myself but I'd be interested to hear your perspectives with regard

to attempts to keep President Trump off the ballot.
