Items like these are extremely common and of course the Chinese bootlegs aren't just for DVDs.

You can find knockoffs of everything imaginable.

The reason these products tend to come out of China is for the same reason that most of our licensed merchandise comes out of China too. Production costs are very low.

When I wanted to make custom Magic the Gathering token cards to promote a website I was running I went to Ali Barber

and contacted some printing companies after all of three emails I was able to get

a thousand tokens with 24 different designs printed and sent off with two-day

shipping for $50.

That's actually amazing.
