Thanks for joining me. Tonight, I'll be reading The Enchanted April by Elizabeth von Arnim. Chapter 14. In the previous chapter, Lady Caroline found herself regretting having been so friendly to Lottie,

assuming she would be too clingy the next day. She instead found Lottie very absent and strangely

missed her. Mrs. Fisher found herself in an odd, restless mood, and briefly too considered confiding in Lottie,

before deeming it indecent. Mrs. Arbethnot could not stop thinking about her husband,

dreading Lottie's insistent idea she should invite him to San Salvatore,

and later on at dinner, becoming very indignant with Mrs. Fisher on the subject of her husband,

much to Mrs. Fisher's surprise.

Now that we're caught up with the story so far, let's get ourselves ready for sleep.

Start by taking a deep, relaxing bread.
