I am sleep obsessed. I have done everything to make my sleep the best I thought it could be


from my evening routines, what I do at night, how I wind down, how I do things in the morning,


in sunlight, and I thought about literally everything except for what I'm sleeping on.


And in this episode, I feel like you will learn as much as I did of like,


while there are things I could immediately do tonight to improve my sleep.


And when we think about our sleep and our sleep habits, I don't know why we think of


everything except for our mattress and our pillow and the position that we're sleeping in.


And when you think about it and you think about your sleep posture and what it looks like every


single night, we're really in these positions for even longer than we're up during the day doing
