According to reporting from various news outlets, semiconductor supplies and Taiwan's straight tensions will be on the agenda of the US South Korea Summit this week, the White House said,

amid rising apprehensions on the two fronts between Beijing and Washington. Yesterday, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yool visited NASA with US Vice President Kamala Harris, agreeing to work together toward strengthening a space alliance between Korea and the United States.

In the early morning hours on Wednesday, the House Rules Committee approved terms of debate for the bill on a partisan vote, a last step before sending it to the Full House Chamber, which could debate it either later in the day or later this week.
