| 0:47.0 | We're here with another show. |
| 0:48.3 | Today, anything I say is not meant to diagnose you or replace your medical care. |
| 0:52.1 | Check with your doc before implementing any of the suggestions. We have a lot of guests, a lot of questions. So let's just dive right in, Steve, to see how many we can answer. Let's do it. Okay, and thank you, audience, so much for supplying with it, all these great questions. Let's start with Medi from YouTube. I tried a three-day fast, as you recommended, but had some bad diarrhea during it. I did add your electrolyte powder and pink |
| 1:14.0 | salt. What could prevent this from happening next time? Well, I think you got to work on your |
| 1:22.6 | microbiome and maybe do a shorter fast and kind of build up to it because some I think probably what happened |
| 1:30.7 | was there's something going on with maybe too much bile that came out which can cause diarrhea |
| 1:35.3 | and so I think you just need to build up to it it's very rare to have that happen and of course |
| 1:41.8 | you don't want to do anything that gives you diarrhea. But the point is |
| 1:45.5 | that I would start with maybe a one day fast and then two day fast and then see how that goes and |
| 1:51.3 | then work up to a three day. All right, very good. Let's move on to 2 awake to sleep from YouTube. |

| 2:03.2 | routine um the charcoal make sure you don't have charcoal from the barbecue you want activated charcoal |
| 2:12.2 | very very different and that's good for um digestive bloating it's also good to, if there's toxicity that you, like food poisoning, something like that, |
| 2:23.5 | there's also bentonite clay that helps. |
| 2:26.5 | I think a better approach than going that route would just be to try to avoid toxins. |
| 2:32.8 | You know, that's really only going to absorb some of the toxins in the digestive system. |
| 2:38.5 | What you really want to do is you want to activate the liver to produce certain enzymes |
| 2:43.9 | to break down toxins. |
| 2:45.5 | It's called phase one, phase two detoxification. |
| 2:48.1 | And you can do that with all sorts of things. One would be foods. Number two |
