Good morning, Lake Point family. And hey, if you guys got your Bible, head over to First Kings chapter 11. First Kings 11 is gonna be today. Hey, there's something I wanna call our attention to because a deep conviction that I've got is that we never wanna treat holy things like they're common, okay? So when something holy happens, let's treat it that way. So let me connect a couple dots for you really quick.

So because we'll miss, we miss this stuff, okay? So a couple weeks ago at all of our campuses,

we gathered for our beginning of the year, churchwide prayer meeting. Who was at the prayer

and worship night with me? Who was there? That was awesome. Okay. And listen, I just need

y'all to know, like, stuff changes when people pray.

Like, it just, like, something changes.

Like, you know, so we gather that night 11,000 people at a prayer meeting.

We assault the throne of heaven, you know, for things.

I just want to connect some dots for you.

Right, the very next weekend.

So last weekend, we gathered it.

And in one weekend, right after the prayer meeting last weekend,

it's the highest total we've ever had in Lake Point's history.

Last weekend, over 600 people surrendered their lives

to the Lordship of Jesus Christ in one week.

Come on somebody, man. So let me just say like, man, we pray things change. This is the thing I'm saying all the time right now is, man, why do we have student ministry because we want students to come? Why do we have kids ministry? We want kids to come. Why do we have services? We want people to come. Why do we pray? We want God to come. And so, man, we're just seeing that happen and

praise Christ. Now, let me do this real quick. So we got Super Bowl coming up. I just, I need to

peg the room and there's a reason for this later. Who is going to be next week pulling for

the generally God glorifying, righteous, wonderful Kansas City Chiefs? Where are you going to be? Okay, that's great. That's great. And then I just need to know, you know, by way, I just need to know, you know, who's gonna be pulling for the evil reprobate, Philadelphia Eagles? Where are they gonna? Okay, that's where at land. Now, I do wanna give my wife a chance to cheer. Who just wants good commercials? Where are you at? Okay, that's right, that's great, okay. We'll get in and we'll see what happens.
