He's a filmmaker. His name is Matthew Landman, and he made a film titled Franken Skies.

And he does an excellent job of going really back to the beginnings of when this whole

kind of technology really began after World War, well, actually before World War II in some ways.

So he can talk more about that.

So Matthew Landman, are you there?

Hi, thank you so much for having me on and for giving me up the opportunity to talk about

Franken skies. It's a weather modification, geoengineering documentary. It goes through the

chronological timeline of the whole process, how the military industrial complex sharpen their tools that they now have today, began in 1915 with Patfield, making it rain in San Diego.

The film begins in 1920s with stock footage from the military complex.

I mean, just putting their foot in their own mouth, until we get to when I filmed the

footage I got was from 2015 but yeah thank you again yeah no great I mean maybe

that's how you can start we'll talk about your past what led you to become a

filmmaker and then choose this because why did you choose this subject well I always

wanted to get into making films because I thought it was a great way of

expressing artistically and you can get to different people that way and whatnot. I never thought

it was going to be activism. I grew up in the D.C. metropolitan area and I did know 9-11 was

nonsense after a couple years and a couple

of documentaries and whatnot.
