I'm the aluminati and today we're going to be discussing the TV show The Doctors. You'd think with a name like that

that this show would be a fantastic source, chalk full of health advice, good sourcing,

and medical professionals. Obviously, since it's here on the corporate casket, that's not entirely the case.

Otherwise, it wouldn't be here. So anyway, let's just cut to the chase and get right into it. The Doctors was a TV show created by Jay McGraw's son and it debuted in 2008.

I've talked a bit about Dr. Phil here so while the fact is that he's one of the producers

and that you know the show is obviously here, it's going to speak volumes about

this program's credentials.

The concept also originated on Doctor film in the first place and it was meant to focus on health

and medical issues,

while a team of medical professionals

discuss topics and answer questions from viewers.

Dr. Travis Stork hosted the show up until recently

when season 13 began, he was an emergency room physician though their whole

casting change and revamp will come into play later too.

He's also known for appearing on The Bachelor and writing the New York Times bestseller,

The doctor's diet.

The thing is I've got no issue with doctors being well known, household names or anything.

I mean, hey, medical professionals, health care workers,

I feel like they deserve a lot more credit and love than they get.

And the pandemic has helped us realize that at least a little bit.
