Welcome to Defense Diaries Presents The Docket, which was previously called Sidebar.

But as we discovered that there were a couple of other pods that cover current events

and breaking news in the true crime world that were also called Sidebar, and because

we like to think of ourselves as original in every sense of the word, we had to ace it.

So hence the new name.

Which quite frankly is a nice fit anyways, as it refers to a court-docket, you know,

like, what's up next on the docket.

So we just want to give you a bit of a heads-up.

After Episode 25 aired last week and we dropped that, which was recounting the heroic

stand that Mary Brombeck made in the final moments of her life, we are going to take

a brief rest bit from tunnel vision, but we will be providing you with content through

the docket while that short break is taking place.

Plus, if I'm being honest, I have to take a bit of a break after writing that last episode

because it hit me pretty hard emotionally.

But we are talking about a relatively short break here, so it will not be lengthy, maybe

a couple of weeks.

On this episode of the docket, we will be covering what was a pretty busy week in the legal

and true crime world.

We will of course be checking in the astounding turn of events in the case of Hayman Lee

and Ad Nansayed.

We will also be covering the stunning civil verdict in the Alex Jones slash Info Wars

defamation case.
