What is up? Welcome to Defense Darius. I'm your host Bob Mata. And this is our continuing coverage of the people of the state of Indiana versus Richard M. Allen. Day 19. It was a busy day. It was a very, very busy day. It gets so busy. And I have a relatively decent-sized Twitter

account. And in the morning, I always like to send my update. And then we got a break today.

And I ran out. And I was trying, like, I had two minutes before I had to go back up in there.

And I made a typo on my tweet and like everybody's like, well,

Betsy Blair, I thought you said there was a car. There was definitely a car there.

So I'm going to give you the kind of the overview of what happened today and the way

that I've decided to do this today because if you're not living under a rock and

you've heard anything about what happened in court today.

You were aware that the defense's forensic phone data expert got on the stand and kind of

blew minds in there.

So it was one of those events that I think that we should talk about that first and work our way

backwards let's let's start with the kind of the most mind-blowing aspect of this and I think

that that would definitely constitute talking about that particular expert first. But the overview was as such, the first witness was a lay witness, eyewitness, out on the

trails that day.

She was called for the second time, the first time by the defense, and that is Betsy Blair.

She was called initially, she was not on the stand for a very long time.

She was on the stand for, you know, I'd say, I don't know, 15, 15 minutes.

The next witness that was called was a Dr. Stewart, Grasian, who, and I had tweeted about this, his CV is unbelievable, meaning it's

magnificent.

Like he's master's level.

He went to Harvard Medical School.

He then decided, you know what, I'm going to get a jurisdoctorate, which is a law degree.
