A divorce episode a few weeks ago and so we're going to air it, but we just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what happened for us yesterday for the listeners two days ago.

Yes, we were filming a commercial and we're in hair and makeup and all the sudden the news feed started coming up on everyone's phones.

And we all just sat around looking at each other going, is this really fucking happening again?

After Sandy Hook, when you really think like, okay, this will never happen again because we will take such strict precautions, things will change.

This will never be able to happen again. And here we are 10 years later.

Well, it's easy for it to happen when the laws don't change.

So anyway, we won't get into a political conversation because that's not why people come here.

We want you to come here for an escape and to learn and to learn about relationships and bettering yourself.

And that is what we're going to do here today.

We will not dive into that. We will do that on our personal Instagrams.

I was about to say, but it is like, you know, like, yes, here we will keep it light.

But in our lives and our personal lives with our friends, with our co-workers, with people, with our own social media, we are very outspoken about where we stand on these issues.

We have a lot of opinions on it, but we have made a conscious effort to keep our podcasts sort of in a specific lane.
