Oh, brosseco. I love that turn. By the way, September 1st,

Nancy and I will be celebrating our 26th anniversary.

Congratulations. Yeah, just prior to this podcast, I went to her and I asked,

am I still your sparkling boyfriend? And her response was, hang on, I haven't heard back from

the courthouse yet about the restraining order. That's not looking good. That's not looking good.

I'm rooting for you though, Jim. Thank you.

Oh, it's great. Great. Len, thanks for having me back on the show. I can't wait to get started

The, uh, the Hurquake? Okay. No, we're fine. You know, there's a little bit of water around the

house. The sandbags held up. We're just waiting now for the locus and the, uh,
