Let's get started by bringing in the man who was never told that being an adult means

you'll always be cleaning the kitchen, always cleaning the kitchen. It's Mr. Jim Hill. Jim,

how's it going? It's fine, Len, but you're right, but it's a tiny little kitchen with not a lot

of counter space, which means whatever Nancy talks about us getting into appliance, like say, an

air fryer. That's when I remind her, look, when something new comes into our kitchen, something

old has to go out. One in, one out, baby, yeah. Well, that's when Nancy says, you know, I could create

a lot of space in here, but I just got rid of the old man who constantly comes, stands in the

kitchen company, about he has no space. That's when I shut up and start emptying the dishwasher.

You know, it's one of those things, like when you're young, you're like, oh my god, I can't wait

to have a big house with a big kitchen and a big everything. And as you get older, you're like,

how many square feet do I actually need to live? Like, yeah. But I have definite kitchen,

island, envy. I mean, I'll let her somebody show us and it's like, look at all the space,

the world, the storage. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's one of those things. Yeah. Well, all right, Jim,
