Let's get started by bringing again the man whose self-care tip is to be more like I-95

and never stop working on yourself no matter how much other people complain. It's Mr. Jim

Hill. Jim has it going. It's going well then, but based on my own personal

observations, it's the very best way to do self-care to be like the people out

on working on I-95. Well that means your daily

self-care routine should get underway right before the sun goes down and

involve a team of people in reflectivists who surround you with orange barrels and traffic

cones and then they have to clear that same material away just before dawn and also I

guess I should mention here Nancy looks lovely and bright orange and a heart.
