And what do you do for a living, sir? I'm a real estate broker. And where do you do that? In Washington, D.C.

And is that where you live as well? It is. And how long have you been a real estate broker?

Just about 20 years. Always in the D.C. area? No, actually, up here in Boston for a few years,

and then a hiatus, and then back in D.C. And were you familiar with Anna Walsh and Brian Walsh?

Yes.

And how did you meet the Walsh's?

Anna Walsh was referred to me by a mutual friend, Jam Muttlo.

They were looking for a home in the D.C. area, and I assisted them in purchasing

a townhome in Chevy Chase, D.C. And did you know Anna or Brian Walsh before that? I did not.

And where was that property located generally?

It was on 43rd Street in northwest D.C.

And you said it was a townhome?

That's correct.

Can you just describe that townhome?

So it was a semi-attached townhome.
