edition of DeCecho Daily. Andrew DeCechko here, giving you my instant observations from the Eagles

34 to 27 win in the preseason opener at home

against the Cincinnati Bengals. Now I'm giving you my observations before I even break down the

all 22 and really get a better assessment. But I have a lot of observations that I want to get to.

And if you guys have any questions coming off this first preseason game and maybe on top

of what I've seen through the first 10 training camp practices, feel free to send in any

forward it to me and i will get that answered absolutely on the next podcast so you don't

often see that kind of offensive performance that kind of crisp and again i it for the

preseason that was a crisp offensive performance from the Eagles.

And a lot of that had to do with Tanner McKee.

And I've written about Tanner McKee a lot through training camp.

I've talked about him on this podcast and elsewhere.

And he is the real deal.

I've seen enough of Tanner McKee over the last few years, especially this

training camp and what we just saw against the Bengals, to say that he absolutely has the tools to be

a starter. And before anybody asked me any questions about whether or not he would be somebody that

the Eagles would look to trade, I don't do any of the hypothetical trade talks or anything like that.

I just think that for this particular season, for the 2025 Eagles,

Tanner McKee is far too valuable to move off of.
