Dejan Milojevich, who tragically passed away a couple days ago. Legendary Serbian player who won multiple gold medals for his country.

Legendary player at the club level in Serbia as well.

He played a couple years for Parties on, which is one of the two teams in Belgrade,

and he's looked at as an absolute legend over there.

So I had Miroslav come on, and you probably know Miroslav from Serbian Corner, the podcast he hosts on the weekends on the DMVR Nuggets feed.

He's been on our Nuggets show a lot. But he is around the same age as Dayon. And he grew up rooting for him, watching him, and he has obviously a great perspective on

who he was as a player and a coach.

And Deion suddenly passed away.

It sounds like from a heart attack a couple days ago, he obviously is Serbian.

He grew up there.

He played at the club level, played for his country, and then coached Mega, which is the team Nicola Yokic played for a few years.

So he coached Yokic and still has a great relationship with him today.

But he did tragically pass a couple days ago in Utah,

in Salt Lake City. He's on the Golden State Warrior staff. He's an assistant coach there,

and apparently they were out to a team dinner or something, and it was real sudden, real tragic event,

and the Warriors' last two games have been canceled. And if you've

been on social media, you've seen just the outpouring of respect and just support for Deon and

those around him from everybody in the NBA, not just Serbian people, but American guys who, you know, might have

come across him just once or twice, just talking about how good of a guy he was and how much
