Summary

Earlier this month, the Murder Sheet — with the assistance of Hoosier Public Defender Shay Hughes — filed a motion into the Richard Allen case asking for the release of documents that have been kept from the public in violation of customary procedure. This afternoon, in response to that order, over a hundred documents were released. In this episode we take a look at some of the most significant items-- including the search warrant and more information on Richard Allen's alleged confessions.

0:18.0	who is of course the judge presiding over the state's case against Richard Allen,
0:23.0	who's been accused of murdering teenagers Abigail Williams and Liberty German back in 2017.
0:30.0	This is in response to our filing, requesting that non-seal documents be made available to the public,
0:37.0	and today we are going to go through and discuss some of the high level updates
0:41.0	we're getting from these newly released documents.
0:44.0	These documents were released just moments ago, so this is our first reaction to some of them.
0:49.0	And again, as Anja mentioned, this is in response to a filing.
0:53.0	We made the whole reason these documents are being released is because of that filing.
0:59.0	And before we get into some of the details about what are in these documents,
