So as of right now on August 30th at about 153 p.m. we have not gotten all of Judge Gulls, Judge Francis Gulls that case but we've gotten a few yesterday so we're going to talk about that.

I hope she issues the ruling sooner rather than later. I think frankly this has the

potential of putting the defense in a tough spot because the

trial is I believe about six weeks away allegedly and their whole strategy seems to be based on odonism.

And if they find out six weeks, five weeks or whatever beforehand, that puts them in a tough

spot. I'm going to say something and of course we're talking about. and that

immediately start talking without any sort of prompting.

This is about, of course, the Delphi murders, the murders of Abigail Williams in Liberty

German in 2017.

Richard Allen is accused.

State is represented by Nicholas McLellin, the Carroll County Prosecutor, as well as

Stacy Deener, and James Lottrell.

The defense is helmed by Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rosie and Jennifer O'Je and of course the

judge is Judge Francis Gull. Now what's happening here is I have

been personally quite critical of this defense team at times when I felt that there was essentially a lot of

chess thumping but not a lot of action and I feel like they've delayed things a lot. That being said, if Judge Gul throws out Odinism, I think it would be

perfectly reasonable for them to delay this trial because that was their main strategy and if they

don't have that and they don't have a backup crafted then I think it's reasonable

to give them some time to figure out what they're going to do.
