says, and what it means for the case going forward.

As most of us undoubtedly remember Richard Allen's defense team of Andrew Baldwin and

Brad Rosie were removed from the case or withdrew from the case depending on who you're talking to and subsequently

they've been making efforts to get back onto the case and to have Judge

Goal removed from the case.

They filed a writ with the Supreme Court,

asking the Indian Supreme Court to make that happen.
