0:07.0	Years ago, a man from Lafayette, Indiana, ran into some trouble with the law. His name is Jason
0:13.6	Clinker. His life experience essentially reads like one man's Odyssey through many of the locations
0:20.4	currently relevant to the Delphi Murders case. For a period of his life, Jason was in and out of
0:26.4	jails in prison. A law that came out of a situation where two guys came to fight him and he ended
0:32.8	up slashing one of them. He was convicted of battery because of that. He also had later trouble
0:39.3	with drug addiction and convictions. Since then, he's turned his life around. But all of that has
0:45.4	given Jason a firsthand perspective on some of the places and people that we report on,
0:52.3	as well as the criminal justice system in the area. He has been incarcerated in the Carroll
0:57.2	County jail and the Westville Correctional Facility, along with the Miami County Correctional Facility
1:03.6	and the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City, Indiana. Nicholas or Nick McLean served as his
1:10.8	defense attorney at one point. Jason has also lived in Delphi. We interviewed Jason about all of that.
1:17.4	We talked about how he used to antagonize the staff as their relatively quiet Carroll County
1:22.3	jail. We talked about how infamous Hoosier bank robber John Dillinger helped him retain his
1:28.3	sanity when he was locked up in Westville's maximum control complex. We talked about why he wasn't
1:34.5	thrilled with McLean's performance as his defense attorney. But also, why he's convinced the
1:39.7	now county prosecutor is sure to prevail in his case against Richard Allen. We talked about the
1:45.6	harsh conditions that Allen may have faced in Westville. Lastly, we discussed Jason's belief that
1:51.9	the presumption of innocence is a myth. We have confirmed Jason's criminal record and verified
1:57.7	his identity. These are stories that he experienced personally, but we found him very much capable
