So since the last time we spoke, there's been a few updates in the case of Kagan Klein that we feel

or worth talking about a little bit namely he's being moved from one prison to another and his attorney has also filed an appeal in his case trying to make the case that the sentence that Klein received was too harsh and it needs to be reduced.

Yes, so we'll be checking in on the Klein angle in this episode and sharing with you all the updates that we found and

some correspondence we've done with Kagan Klein himself.

Kagan Kline appeals his sentence. So, Oh, Before we get to Kagan Kagan Kline's appeal in this case let's talk about where Kagan Kline

is.

As you may or may not know, he is at the Wahlbach prison in Indiana.

And that is a prison that was in the news again fairly recently wasn't it?

Yes, Richard Allen, the defendant in the Delphi murders case, who was accused of course of

murdering Liberty German and Abigail Williams, was recently transferred from Westville prison to the Wabash Valley prison.

We did an episode on that, updating everybody.

So he's moved to that prison recently, and that is the prison where, as we noted in that episode,

Keg and Kline is currently incarcerated.

And at least according to Kagan Kline, the fact that Richard Allen has been transferred to the prison where Kagan

Kline is has caused a problem. A few days ago, Kagan Klein sent us an email. He wrote, I'm being transferred to Miami prison because of
