that one way for us all to better understand what's going on and what may happen in the

future would be to take a close look at the principles in the legal case, defense attorneys

Brad Rosie and Andy Baldwin, prosecutor Nick McLean and Judge Frank Gull.

We covered Andy Baldwin a few weeks back.

Now we're looking at defense attorney Brad Rosie.

In yesterday's episode we focused on what he's like outside the courtroom.

Today we will concentrate more on him as a lawyer.

Brad works in Cass County, Indiana, to be more specific, his office is located in Logan's

port, Indiana.

Let's start as we did yesterday by hearing from one of his peers.

Andrew is going to share an anecdote that illustrates why Brad is considered a great person

to call if you need help.

Bradley's an outdoorsman.

I can tell you that a couple years ago when I got up and went to the Y about 5 o'clock

was on my way home about 6 a.m. it was pouring down rain.

Then I was headed home.

I was about three or four blocks from the house.

I hit a deer.

It annihilated my vehicle.

I got out of the vehicle and the deer was laying in front of my vehicle kind of yelping
