Welcome, my name is Lauren and we are going to do a meditation for your sleep and for your relaxation. Because you deserve it, you deserve to to sleep you deserve to relax

you deserve to be in the present and be in this moment.

Before we start I'd like you to declutter, prepare a space in which you will meditate.

Choose the space.

It could be anywhere, anywhere that suits you.

However, because the aim of this meditation is your sleep. Your bed would be an ideal choice.

Declutter, prepare, and when you're ready, we will start.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Start with her breath in and a breath out.

Allow that breath to be whatever it is.
