Now listeners that have been following us for a while might be a little surprised to hear Emily's name,

usually a market foolery contributor, but joining us in the IF ranks, that's because we have some programming changes coming in

2020 and we wanted to bring Emily into the fold for this year-end wrap-up.

Yeah, super excited to have Emily joining, but also for me I've got some news so as many of you know I

Shannon here I host the industry focus health care show on Wednesdays which I've

been doing that's my baby but also some of you know that I have

been leading up the discovery programming efforts and that's all under Motley

Fool co-founder and CEO Tom Gardner's umbrella.

So with that, I've been kind of doing multiple roles

for a very long time.

And so now this is a perfect time for me to step back.

I'm really excited about the things

we're gonna be doing in the discovery world,

but also super excited for what's ahead
