Our question, the top of mind question I think for crypto is, we've seen the death of

crypto privacy, recent OFAC sanctions against tornado cash, we'll get into that, the arrest

of an open source developer, we'll talk about what that means, is code speech.

A lot of questions that we've had over the last couple of weeks in crypto and at bankless

and what we really wanted to do was bring Jake into the episode who is a legal mind and

can give us some legal commentary on these things.

Of course, he'll be first to disclaim that none of this is legal advice and we'll allow

him to do that.

But he is one of our favorite crypto lawyers and thinks about these things deeply and

has a great sense of where things are going.
