Summary

August 21st: Amy Fisher Born (1974) The media can completely alter a case without a second thought. On August 21st 1974 a young girl was born who would be thrust into the media spotlight for a crime she committed at the age of just 17. A case that, depending on what news source you consumed, had a few very different schools of thought when it came to who was a victim, who was not, and who should be held responsible for the crime.  https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amy_Fisher, https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/flashback-amy-fisher-becomes-long-island-lolita-193012/, https://heavy.com/entertainment/2019/11/amy-fisher-joey-buttafuoco/,https://www.grunge.com/803798/heres-what-happened-to-amy-fisher/, https://toofab.com/2021/05/05/jessie-buttafuoco-amy-fisher-mary-jo/ Learn more about your ad choices.
