I recorded this week's episode of the podcast on the day of my first born daughter's birthday.

Laea just turned seven. It was a very emotional day for me. I can't believe seven years have passed since I became a mother for the very first time.

And that also means that this podcast is seven years old too.

So on today's episode I reflect on what life has been like for these past seven years and I talk about parenting throughout different phases of our lives.

I also share a really hilarious story about that time when Leah decided to move away from home.

When we moved from Aruba to Sweden, we weren't really sure what to do with our home in Aruba.

We didn't want to sell the space that had so many memories and offered us a place to stay when we returned to the island.
