And today we're doing an all Daniel Jones podcast. So this entire podcast will be dedicated

to what we saw when we went back, we broke down games on Daniel Jones from his 2018 season at Duke.

Now, originally, I had the idea of going game by game at the five games we looked at.

And obviously, both me and Nick have watched other games from Daniel Jones.

These five games in specific, I've watched now three times.

But we wanted to get another fresh pair of eyes on them, rewatch it, kind of look at Daniel Jones as the prospect that he is coming into the Giants, what he can become after working with head coach Pat Shermer. And originally my thought was to go game by game on this, but Nick had a much better idea. And he told me, listen, when NFL teams are evaluating quarterback prospects, they're not going game by game and saying, okay, we had four good games here, you have three bad here, anything like that. What they're looking at is traits, and they're breaking down these evaluations of their players based on traits, and it's not an aggregation of tape. It's nothing like that. So for this show, we're going to do the same thing.

We're going to look at Jones on a trait by trait basis. We're going to call back to some of these games that we watched and where we saw them. So I want to start with a trait that I think is one of Jones's best trait. It's a trait that keep coming up and up for me in my notes. I get writing it down over and over, and that's throwing on the run.
