0:56.4	The Steelers just finished segment two of their OTA program on Thursday.

1:04.2	They'll be back on the football field Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday next week for session,
1:08.4	or for what is referred to as the third part of their OTA sessions.
1:12.3	That'll be a three-week program and that will lead them into the mandatory minicamp.
1:18.8	And need to remind everybody that OTA sessions are completely voluntary.
1:25.7	That is written into the CBA. In fact, 20 years ago, there was no such
1:31.7	thing as an OTA session. Those didn't exist. The team would see the players at the end of the year.
1:39.6	They would leave and you wouldn't see them again until mini camp. And then, you know, late in the 90s, the teams, the CBA NFL added these OTA sessions.
1:52.4	So teams would have a better idea, a better opportunity to see guys work out.
1:56.7	They could write that into their contracts.
1:58.3	You know, if you showed up at a certain number of OTA sessions, you then were rewarded for that in your contract.
