Welcome back. It's the Big blue banter New York Giants football

podcast. I'm Dan Schneier. Join us always my co-s Nick Falado. It's a loud intro. I'm a little

bit excited today. I don't know why I'm excited. The Giants are two and five, but I am excited,

Nick, about the Giants future. And I'm excited about the fact that it's a different level of two and five.

I was talking to my friend Will today actually about something totally different. And,

you know, he said the biggest difference for me this year versus the previous years when we've

been two and five or some kind of bad record that pretty much precludes us from making the

playoffs is that in those years, it was just a feeling of

hopelessness and despondence, to be quite honest. No offense. I know, you know, Daniel Jones is

finding success with the Colts and I'm for it, good for him. He looks great over there. But I never

felt and you never felt like there was any real hope here. But this version of two and five

definitely feels different. It feels like the record sucks, but there might be a future here

for the New York Giants and they might actually be moving towards something at some point.

When that point comes, I don't know. So that's why I wanted to start today's show with that

idea. And I'm calling it the Brian Dable conundrum, Nick.

I'm calling it this because of two things. One, the relationship Brian Dable has with Jackson's art and the relationship he has on his development. And two, and this one I don't think is getting
