The Supreme Court issued an order in a case that is styled

Department of Homeland Security versus Texas

The Biden administration requested to vacate the Fifth Circuit's injunction.

They wanted a rush case here.

Now, remember, there are nine Supreme Court justices, six of them nominated

and approved by Republican presidents.

Should be a pretty easy 63 case given our values, right?

You've got Alito Gorsich, Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, who would end up in being in the

four-person minority. And then you've got Kataji Brown Jackson, that

mental giant

giant, Elena Kagan, whatever that is, and Sonia Sotomayor, the wise Latina.

Except the wise Latina. Except Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts sided with the left. The question was, should the Supreme Court block an order by the Fifth Circuit that basically

bars federal Border Patrol agents from cutting or moving

razor wire installed by Texas along a portion of the US-Mexico border.

The state of Texas had put up this this razor wire that says the same way you would at your house.

Hey y'all aren't allowed to come in here. They know they're not allowed to come in here.

Nobody doubts they're not allowed to come in here. Nobody doubts they're not allowed to come in here.

They're breaking the law to get here.

Our law is very clear.

Sovereign nations can make laws.

Every other nation on earth has.
