1:14.0	unique understanding of this problem. Anna Scott is a reporter and producer for KCRW and MPR's

1:40.1	In 2020, after the VA rejected tents, and that was due to their size, which were donated by a conservative activist group Judicial Watch,
1:49.4	veterans received the tents directly and set up an encampment just outside of the VA's West L.A. campus.
1:55.8	That campus became known as Veterans Row. It was a sanctioned tent city that served as a band-aid for an ongoing issue.
