I looked super dark next to Sevon, like my whole entire background.

Kind of. I wanted to go through the show and just address some of the more popular haters in the CrossFit space. It's not going to be

too crazy. There's been lots of them over the years, but we'll just talk mostly about the ones that are

recent. The recent haters on YouTube, you see them all over the place, and there's outside of Hiller,

there's not much defense.

And if you guys haven't this morning already, we interviewed, we, I didn't, Sebon did.

And one of the things that was interesting was right at the end, Abby was like, yeah, my dad, like, she mentioned her dad essentially having cancer.

She didn't get into details with it or whatever.

But as you guys all know, as we know, that any time, I'm trying to get my damn camera on focus, that any time that there's cancer involved in anything, it, it sucks a lot.

And usually, unfortunately, it sucks a lot. And usually, and unfortunately, it means

a death sentence. Having been close to that in my lifetime, I feel for her, and I hope that

it all turns out well. But it puts everything in perspective, doesn't it? All the drama and even
