often talk about the word community. They talk about their employees as a community and

their customers as a community and it's become one of those kind

of buzzwords that people throw around. So today we're going to be talking to

someone who's been really influential and I think distinctive in figuring out

what community means for his business.

And that is Matt Mullenwig, founder and CEO of Automatic, the company behind WordPress,

which if you've been on the internet, you've probably been on a site powered by

WordPress. They power about 20% of websites on the internet today.

He is someone who just has fascinating thoughts on the topic of community and

also on the communities inside our companies on company culture, transparency, and growing

your company really fast but staying true to yourself.
