So I'm going to share a quick update on what's been going on with me and then one of my favorite

legal cases that I've covered because it was filed and then mostly dismissed all within like

the span of two weeks. And it is hilarious because it includes a lot of judicial sass. It

involves YouTubers. It involves pay-per-view. It involves copyright. All good things. All

good things. So we're going to cover that too at the end of the show. And because we have so much

Before we jump into today's case, I have a footnote from the future. Though the case

between Triller and H3H3 was thrown out by the court-formist jointer, which we will get into,

on May 10th after the recording of this episode, Triller refiled a lawsuit against the H3

podcast as a solo defendant in the central district of California. It is much the same lawsuit,

with much of the same criticism. It's very, very sparse on facts, meaning there aren't really

well-plated facts, and it is much of what we are about to talk about. But now there is a round

two lawsuit, and I will be updating that on YouTube and the links will be down below. If you want
