Don't know with being white middle class. Let me just say that. You know, that's fine. But I think the reality is, you're right.

Users of technology are from all sorts of walks of life and there's no reason why they shouldn't be in the process of developing that technology.

But, you know, there's lots of things.

I think there's a marketing problem that tech had.

For years, people felt that you had to be in Silicon Valley and looked like Bill Gates

and Mark Zuckerberg to have found a tech business.

And you don't.

Fundamentally, every business wants to hire the best people.

And if we take this view that actually you can be

talented and capable regardless of your background and where you come from or what you look like,

then business leaders are just losing out really good people because they're not making

the rep with their effort to get them. From the first time founders to the funds that back

them, innovation needs different.
