Hello, hello. We have an incredible guest today. I know a lot of you are fans of this person because she is a powerhouse in the green

beauty space. She has a 10-year-old brand. This brand has longevity, which I think is very important

this day and age. It's Briogio's founder and CEO Nancy Twine. What I've learned is that not every

founder should be a CEO, to be quite frank.

And there's no fault in that, but when you have a founder who is also a great CEO, it can make for some magic, that's for sure.

Nancy turned briozio into a beloved brand. I know so many of you are obsessed with her products,

and she was the youngest African American woman to launch her brand in Sephora, which is something

to applaud because it was, I believe, 2015.

At that time, diversity and inclusion was not a priority for these retailers.

Nancy went from working on Wall Street, which she'll detail in this interview, to launching

this brand, which was inspired by her mother.

Now, 10 years later, it's still thriving,

still on top, still a beloved brand that people keep going back to. I'm so excited for you to get

to know a little bit more about her. We are going to talk, obviously, about her career journey

and what separates Briozio from everything else. But we're also going to talk about serious issues that we've
