I'm excited to be here. Well, I think any of us who are moms know that life gets a little

fuller once you have children. And I have to say, I first came across your work when I became a

mom and was just trying to fit everything in. And I'd say you actually gave me some relief with your

approach of like, hey, I actually am spending a lot of time with my children, filling my life with the

things I do want to fill it with. I really do believe that time is big enough for us to do what matters to us in

life. For many of us, that is a mix of trying to make a difference in the broader world,

while also growing our families, having an impact in our communities, taking care of ourselves.
