The Devil Made Me Do It from 2021, directed by Michael Chavez, written by David Leslie

Johnson McGoldrick and James Wan, starring Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Rory O'Connor, and

Sarah Catherine Hook. In this film, the Warren's attempt to save a man from the death penalty by proving that he is not guilty by reason of possession.

If you're new to the show, we're going to talk about some background info regarding this movie up front for 15 or 20 minutes or so,

and then when we take our little fake break and play some interlude music, that's when you know to duck out if you haven't seen this movie yet.

Ashran, how was your second experience back in the theater? Or did you watch this in that theater?

Oh, no, I didn't watch this in the theater. You went back?

Yeah, how did it feel this time?

It was more crowded.

I think it was a bunch of teenagers, like, that school must have just gotten out or something.

And, like, during the opening scene of the movie, somebody walked around the corner flashing their cell phone flashlight right in my eye

oh my god are you serious it was yeah it was just it was bad i'm down on theaters in these first two

outings yeah yeah but i feel like it's also tough because you're in a new city i mean i'm sure trying
