| 1:11.6 | That's different from what we've documented in the state, in our monitoring of the state of exception. |
| 1:19.6 | There have been 85,000 Salvadorans that have been detained under this emergency declaration, |
| 1:25.6 | and they are being held in older maximum security prisons. |
