I think that I have learned that our father in heaven has very tender feelings about his children who suffer from mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues.

We feel his guiding hand in family services,

and we know this work is very, very important to him.

If an individual can discover the power of partnering with the Lord Jesus Christ,

I have learned there is nothing that they can overcome.

Change is absolutely possible, and that should give everyone hope.

There is hope in the healing power of the atonement, and knowing that in time, that all

of these things that give us pain and distress will be taken from us.

Some of them we have to keep because they temper us and they help us to learn compassion.

He knew what he was doing.
