Welcome to GrowCook Eat Arranged with me, Sarah Raven and my partner in crime, Arthur Parkinson.

0:26.7

Now, actually today it's mainly going to be Arthur's episode, although I'm going to chip in,

0:32.0

because one of the things he's become increasingly passionate about is the sewing of perennial wildflower meadows.

0:40.0

And I'm going to chip in a bit about annual meadows, but he's been really inspired by his dad's

1:36.3

And that was back in 2016.

1:38.7

Wow.

1:39.2

So from there, from that point to now, that's how long it's taken for this area of my dad's garden to

1:46.7

become a wildflower meadow.

1:48.3

Gosh.

1:49.0

But I was talking to you about this and you were quite surprised at the fact that we'd sowed

1:55.0

wildflower seed onto just vegetable beds, which had pretty much been abandoned because what

1:59.6

happened was my, my
