And that healing recovery is absolutely possible. So happy Valentine's Day.

Oh, I guess actually by the time you're listening to this, it's going to be the day after Valentine's Day.

But happy belated Valentine's Day. I didn't even realize that today was Valentine's Day. How many times can I say Valentine's Day in a period of 15 seconds?

I didn't even realize that today was Valentine's Day until I was drinking my coffee this morning.

And that's a damn miracle, folks. Okay, that is a miracle because Valentine's Day for me, for years and years and years and years,

really fucking sucked. It was just this reminder or it would just really bring to the surface those core, faulty beliefs of I'm unlovable.

When I was single on Valentine's Day, this was just this, it would just reaffirm this belief that I had within me that there was something inherently wrong with me.

And to not even realize that it's Valentine's Day until it was like, you know, an hour into my day or so, that's a miracle.

And then also too, that when I realized it was Valentine's Day, the thoughts didn't start to come in like you're a loser, you're unlovable,

you're going to be single for the rest of your life. None of that. That is a huge miracle.

We had on Amy on Chit Show Saturday about a month or so ago and she had the most amazing line she said,

and because we don't know what the whole loaf is, we think crumbs are a seven-course meal.

And boy does this story really summed that up. So I was dating, I think I called him Mr. Looks Good on Paper.
