Now this morning as we come to the second chapter of Ephesians, I read you the chapter,

but we're looking only at 11th verse through 22nd, and that's a lot.

So I'm just going to give you an overview, but before we even get to that, I just want

to say at the beginning what's on my heart, I think the church gets a lot of abuse and

I'm talking not about a building, but I'm talking about the true church.

I think it's easy to view the church as if it were a human institution and not to see

the church for what it really is.

It is the house of God.

It is where God lives, the triune God lives, inhabits His true church.

And I think we put ourselves in danger if we don't fully understand that because how we

treat the church is how we treat the house where God lives.

And I'm not talking about a building.

I don't think that any of you or any other person who is a true believer in a church would
