Summary
Richies, Todd and Julie Chrisley are being forced to face the music. Earlier this year, the “Chrisley Knows Best” couple was convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the U.S., and tax fraud. Whew! That’s quite a rap sheet for the married reality stars. And just last week, they were sentenced to a collective 19 years in prison and have to pay up over $17 million in restitution. Even though they could have been slapped with longer prison sentences, Todd and Julie claim they’re receiving harsher treatment because of their TV fame. So are the Chrisleys being made an example of? Or is their sentencing still a slap on the wrist?
